It not only would hurt but could potentially, if not ultimately destroy the marriage if God doesn’t intervene. Also, it seeks to highlights the futility of extra marital affairs and the detrimental effects it could have on the parties within the marriage, unless both parties seek forgiveness from God as well as each other and then allow God heal their hearts and mend the hurts. It’s a book that reminds us that God forgave us, that we might also by his grace extend that forgiving grace. It re-enforces the sage saying that you need to know what the “father” expects of us with the marriage. What did you hear or have you heard or better still, hearing? Ultimately, that could make the difference between the marriage been salvaged or going south. Truth Be Told is a fast-paced novel about people of faith going through real life challenges.
